Life Solutions Consultancy offer either a full or a half day Stress Management Workshop either at your premises or at our own venue in Nottinghamshire.
Our workshop is designed to take into account the uniqueness of each individual and their sources of stress, which incorporates an integrated, holistic approach to stress and stress management.
Workshop Overview
Practical stress management is an introduction to stress and the effects on the overall well being of individuals physiologically and psychologically. We focus on the definitions given to stress, what it is, and what makes us and others stressed. Incorporating self-testing to identify individual stress levels and behaviour modifications moving onto practical methods of stress management.

Build awareness of how pressure turns into stress - Notice what happens to you when you are under pressure
- Understand stress led behaviours in yourself and in others
- Look at the impact of pressure and stress in the workplace
- Equip delegates with a range of life coping skills and tools to manage pressure and minimize stress in themselves and others
- Learn how to set clear boundaries and goals, manage your assumptions and learn how to be more assertive
